Function
Our valve operates by raising or lowering a gate inside the valve body to open or close the fluid pathway. The full-bore gate design ensures unobstructed flow, reducing pressure drop across the valve. Its metal-to-metal sealing allows for reliable shut-off under high temperature and corrosive media, making it particularly suited for marine and offshore service.
The manual version comes equipped with a handwheel, while pneumatic or electric actuators can be fitted on request for remote or automated control. Aluminium bronze material ensures excellent mechanical integrity and corrosion resistance throughout the valve’s lifetime.
Unlike ordinary materials, aluminium bronze delivers a perfect balance of mechanical strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance. The internal gate design allows for full-bore flow with minimal pressure drop, while the metal-seated construction ensures long-term durability and high-temperature tolerance. Whether for throttling or full shut-off applications, this valve guarantees reliable performance with minimal maintenance.
