Water Tank Float Valve

The Water Tank Float Valve from Vcore Valves is a crucial component in automatic water level regulation for water tanks, reservoirs, and other water storage systems. Designed for reliable automatic shutoff, the float valve maintains the water level within a set range, preventing overflows and ensuring that the tank is never emptied completely. The valve is activated by the floating arm that moves with the water level, automatically adjusting the flow of water into the tank.

Function
The Water Tank Float Valve functions by using a floating arm that rises and falls with the water level. As the water level rises, the float arm pushes the valve seat against the valve body, reducing the flow of water into the tank. When the water level drops, the float arm lowers, opening the valve and allowing water to flow into the tank.
The automatic shutoff feature of the valve ensures that the water tank is always kept at the desired level, preventing overflows or running dry. This type of valve is widely used in drinking water systems, irrigation, and water treatment systems where precise water level control is essential for optimal performance and water conservation
Made from durable brass, stainless steel, or PVC, the Water Tank Float Valve features a corrosion-resistant body, ensuring long-term, maintenance-free operation in both residential and industrial applications. The valve’s simple yet effective design is ideal for drinking water systems, irrigation, and water treatment plants, where precise water level control is essential.
