Motorized Ball Valve

Valve Type: Motorized Ball Valve
Function: Provides automated on/off or flow control using an electric actuator, suitable for remote and precise operation
Design: Quarter-turn ball valve with electric actuator, available in on-off or modulating control versions
Body Material: Brass, Stainless Steel (CF8/CF8M), PVC, Carbon Steel (WCB)
Size Range: 1/2″ – 12″ (DN15 – DN300)
Pressure Rating: PN10 – PN40 / Class 150 – 300
Temperature Range: -20°C to +180°C (depending on body and seat material)
Solenoid Ball Valve

Solenoid Ball Valve
Material:
Body: Typically made from stainless steel, brass, or plastic (e.g., PVC, PP, or PVDF), depending on the application and the fluid being controlled. Stainless steel is commonly used for its strength, corrosion resistance, and suitability in higher-pressure systems, while plastic is used for cost-effective solutions or when dealing with corrosive fluids.
Ball: Stainless steel, brass, or plastic (PTFE-coated or solid plastic), depending on the valve’s design and fluid compatibility. The ball is typically hollow and provides an excellent sealing surface.
Seal: EPDM, Viton, PTFE, or NBR seals are commonly used to ensure tight sealing when the valve is closed. The choice of seal material depends on the fluid and temperature range.
Coil/Actuator: The solenoid coil is usually constructed from copper wire and enclosed in a plastic or stainless steel housing, designed to withstand the operational environment.v
Size (Nominal Pipe Diameter):
Common sizes: 1/4″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/2″, 2″, and larger.
Available in various configurations depending on system requirements and the flow rate.
