High Pressure Ball Valve

High Pressure Ball Valve is designed for on-off isolation in oil, gas, hydraulic, steam, thermal oil, chemical and industrial pipeline systems where pressure rating, body strength, seat load, operating torque and sealing reliability are critical. The valve can be supplied with forged or cast body construction, floating-ball or trunnion-mounted design, soft-seat or metal-seat sealing, and flanged, socket-weld, butt-weld or threaded connections according to the selected product series and approved service conditions.
Forged Trunnion Ball Valve

Valve Type: Forged Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve
Function: Heavy-duty ball valve designed for high-pressure and large-diameter service; the trunnion-mounted ball design reduces operating torque and ensures reliable sealing
Design: Forged steel body, trunnion-supported ball, spring-loaded seats for low operating torque and bubble-tight shut-off
Body Material: Forged Carbon Steel (A105), Stainless Steel (F304/F316), Alloy Steel (F11/F22), Duplex Steel
Size Range: DN50 – DN1200 (2″ – 48″)
Pressure Rating: PN16 – PN420 (Class 150 – Class 2500)
Temperature Range: -196°C to +450°C (depending on seat and trim material
Trunnion Ball Valve

Valve Type: Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve
Function: Designed for on/off control in high-pressure and large-diameter pipelines, with trunnion-supported ball to reduce seat load and operating torque
Design: Two-piece or three-piece body, full or reduced bore, anti-blowout stem, fire-safe, anti-static device optional
Body Material: Carbon Steel (WCB), Stainless Steel (CF8/CF8M), Duplex, Alloy Steel, Forged Steel
Size Range: 2″ – 60″ (DN50 – DN1500)
Pressure Rating: Class 150 – 2500 / PN16 – PN420
Temperature Range: -196°C to +450°C (depending on seat and material selection)
