Flanged Welded Ball Valve | Industrial Pipeline Ball Valve

Flanged welded ball valves from Vcore Valve are engineered for applications where a secure, permanent connection is required and field welding is impractical or undesirable.
Precision‑machined ball and seat components provide robust shut‑off and minimal leakage in high‑duty pipelines. Available in sizes DN15–DN300 with pressure ratings PN16–PN40, these valves are suitable for water, oil, gas, and chemical service.

Low Pressure Bolted Bonnet Inclined Globe Valve

Low Pressure Bolted Bonnet Inclined Globe Valves are designed for industrial services where operators need controlled flow adjustment without excessive pressure loss. The inclined or Y-pattern body arrangement reduces turbulence compared with conventional globe valves, allowing improved flow capacity while maintaining accurate throttling characteristics.
Typical valves are produced in NPS 2 to 18 (DN50–DN450) with ASME Class 300–600 pressure ratings. Hardfaced seating surfaces, body-guided discs, and non-rotating stems help maintain stable sealing performance in systems handling steam, hydrocarbons, or process fluids.
Floating Ball Valve for Reliable Industrial Pipeline Isolation

Floating ball valves are commonly installed in medium-pressure pipeline systems where dependable shut-off is more important than frequent throttling operation. In this design the ball is supported by seat rings rather than fixed supports, allowing pipeline pressure to assist the sealing process when the valve closes. Floating ball valves are typically used in sizes from 1/2″ to 12″ with pressure ratings up to Class 600. Because of their relatively simple internal structure, they are widely applied in oil transfer lines, chemical processing systems, industrial water networks, and general plant utilities.
