The Resilient Seat Gate Valve operates by moving a wedge gate vertically inside the valve body to control fluid flow. The resilient rubber seat ensures a tight, leak-proof seal when the valve is closed, providing an effective barrier to prevent fluid leakage even in challenging operational environments. The non-rising stem (NRS) design allows the valve to function effectively in locations where there is limited vertical space for stem extension, making it ideal for tight installation conditions.
The valve features a full-bore design, allowing for minimal resistance to fluid flow and a reduction in pressure loss. It is primarily used for isolation in pipeline systems, providing reliable on/off control of water, air, or other fluids.
