Function
The CPVC Ball Valve operates with a rotating ball inside the valve body. When the valve handle is turned, the ball rotates 90° to either allow or block the flow of fluid through the valve. The ball design ensures minimal resistance and maximum flow when the valve is open, and when closed, the ball tightly seals the fluid path, preventing leakage.
Our valve’s full-bore design provides high flow capacity and minimal pressure drop when open. The CPVC seat ensures that the valve maintains tight sealing even under fluctuating pressure and temperature conditions. This makes the CPVC Ball Valve ideal for use in both on/off applications and modulating flow control in systems that handle chemicals, water, and gases.
Our CPVC, being resistant to high temperatures (up to 93°C / 200°F), is a perfect material for controlling the flow of chemicals, water, and other fluids in environments that would otherwise degrade traditional materials like PVC or metal valves. The full-bore ball design allows for maximum flow capacity with minimal pressure drop, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
Our CPVC Material Ball Valve is available in manual, pneumatic, and electric actuators, making it suitable for both manual operation and automated systems. The valve also features tight sealing and easy integration, making it the go-to solution for reliable, cost-effective fluid regulation.
