Rubber Lined Ball Valve

At Vcore Valve we manufacture and supply rubber lined ball valves designed for the harshest process conditions. In many industries our customers handle corrosive, abrasive or slurry-type fluids where standard metal-seated valves wear quickly. We developed our lined ball valve range to solve this problem: combining a robust steel body with a thick, bonded rubber lining and a precision-machined ball to ensure tight shut-off and long service life.

With our rubber lined ball valves, we provide a robust, low-maintenance solution for corrosive and abrasive media. This valve provides bi-directional shut-off and low operating torque. The rubber lining protects both the internal surface of the valve body and the ball’s seating area from corrosion. As a result, process reliability improves and plant safety is enhanced. Whether your plant handles slurry, brine, acidic wastewater or abrasive pulp, our lined ball valves maintain sealing integrity where bare metal valves would fail.

Connection Options

We provide valves with flanged ends as standard for easy installation into process lines. On request we also supply grooved-end or custom drilling patterns to match legacy piping systems. All fasteners are stainless steel or zinc-plated to prevent external corrosion.

Temperature & Pressure

Our standard rubber lined ball valves operate from -20°C up to +120°C at PN10 / PN16 or Class 150 pressure ratings. For higher temperatures or pressures we offer alternative elastomers or special linings.

Materials in Contact with Media

Every wetted surface—valve body, seat area, ball and stem sealing section—is fully lined or isolated from the process fluid. We select the elastomer based on your chemical list to maximize life and minimize risk of swelling or degradation
